The treating physician is always the final decision-maker. This is by design, not by disclaimer.
Our IP: The Service, including all software, algorithms, AI models, user interface designs, branding (TrustGate, TaloeCore, ZeroLoss, CiteCore, DocLoop, HalluciGuard), and documentation, is the proprietary property of Taloe Med LLP.
Your Content: You retain all rights to clinical content generated during your consultations. We do not claim ownership of your SOAP notes, patient data, or exported documents.
AI-Generated Content: Clinical outputs generated by our AI are tools for your use. We do not claim copyright over AI-generated SOAP notes or clinical reasoning outputs.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TALOE MED SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

We aim for 99.5% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance. The Service depends on third-party cloud infrastructure and AI providers whose availability is outside our control.
Either party may terminate use of the Service at any time. Upon termination:
To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Taloe Med LLP, its partners, and personnel from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from: (a) your clinical decisions and patient care; (b) your use or misuse of the Service; (c) your breach of these Terms; or (d) your violation of any applicable law or the rights of any third party. This reflects that you retain full clinical responsibility for all patient care decisions, as stated in Section 4.
Taloe Med LLP shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, acts of government, power or internet failures, or failures of third-party cloud infrastructure or AI providers. Our obligations are suspended for the duration of such events.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Taloe Med LLP regarding the Service and supersede any prior agreements. Our failure to enforce any provision shall not be deemed a waiver of that or any other provision.
Taloe Med LLP may assign or transfer these Terms, in whole or in part, in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets. You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent.
Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
Jurisdiction: Courts of Hyderabad, Telangana, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
Dispute Resolution: Any dispute shall first be attempted to be resolved through mediation. If mediation fails within 30 days, either party may initiate proceedings in the competent court.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms. Material changes will be communicated via in-app notification and email to registered users at least 15 days before taking effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
